Great customer service, great location (though I wish there was a bigger sign), and great conversationalists. Only reason why I did not go with a 4/5 is due to the haircut itself. I asked for a trim up top and most of my hair went missing so now I am back once again in that awkward hair growing phase with my curl pattern lost leaving me looking like I always have bed head.
