Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning was the only vendor who said they could do it in one day and they delivered. The team of Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning was great. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were! Staff ran into a couple issues but was quickly able to resolve them.
It's hard to earn my trust, but I have to say, Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning has. All the technicians who maintain my HVAC twice a year have been professional, efficient, patient and provide educatdion as well as answered all my questions. The service report I receive has pictures of each component serviced and what their meter is reading.
We are in a townhouse and faced a situation where our HVAC is on the roof. A lot of contractors wouldn't go on the roof to look at it. One contractor told us the unit was bad but said they couldn't supply a roof top unit. They wanted to put a condenser right next to our patio door and take up a lot of room on our very small patio. My system had a very minor install issue - the wires in the nest needed to be adjusted. Not a big deal but I was a little frustrated with being charged for a visit when my unit was only 2 weeks new.
