Creative Ceramic Tile did our fairly extensive bathroom renovation and a new kitchen backsplash, with the kitchen floor cleaned and sealed. It looks as good as new! Michelle and Butch were really friendly and easy to work with, discussing all design options and making suggestions. Their input was really helpful. We love our new bathroom! Stay away. Terrible company and the only reason they are in business is that they r vendors for new construction. The couple who run this place have terrible manners, regularly insult customers and make petty comments on affordability and budgets. Take your business elsewhere, your self respect and wallet will thank you.
Terrible company to do business with you pay them for service then they ignore you when you call and email them when you need warranty work done which is promised and also written on sales receipt and contract. Stay Away!
Had a fireplace wall done in stone by Butch’s company and couldn’t be happier! The guys on-site were courteous, friendly and professional!
If there is a minus rating, I would give that. its been 6+ months we have reported issue, no response from them . Very very poor customer relationship and very poor warranty services, I would never recommend anyone .
