Stay away. Terrible company and the only reason they are in business is that they r vendors for new construction. The couple who run this place have terrible manners, regularly insult customers and make petty comments on affordability and budgets. Take your business elsewhere, your self respect and wallet will thank you.
Terrible company to do business with you pay them for service then they ignore you when you call and email them when you need warranty work done which is promised and also written on sales receipt and contract. Stay Away!

If there is a minus rating, I would give that. its been 6+ months we have reported issue, no response from them . Very very poor customer relationship and very poor warranty services, I would never recommend anyone .
We have worked with Creative Ceramics to install heated tiles in our home. From the very beginning we have reported that the heating in the tiles is inconsistent. After repeated calls and multiple follow up they came with an engineer to diagnose the issue. They tweaked with the settings and asked me to verify if it resolves the issue.
