Office staff/front desk girl is highly unprofessional. My son was being seen here since February. For months, we have been told that insurance cover the co-pay, and then all of a sudden, last month, we were told that we were being back charged for months worth of co-pays. On top of that the therapist, my son was saying constantly canceled on us the day of appointments and we were made aware at the last minute, sometimes even on the way. Not professional, had an appointment confirmed by the receptionist only to be told the therapist no longer sees patients the day I was scheduled and was waiting in their facility. I had no call prior to and with this being for mental health you would think consistency and being professional would be top priority for the patients. I do not recommend.
Mandy Miller is one of the most gifted therapists I have ever met. I heard her speak at a conference and was blown away by her understanding of trauma. She wants to give clients and their families the tools to heal themselves as opposed to go to therapy every week for the rest of their lives. Highly recommend.
Great facility. Mandy Miller is fantastic, my child has been seeing her and she does a great job of communicating and he loves her. You can tell she tries to arm you with the tools to move forward, rather than you sitting stuck in the same cycles. I've talked to alot of therapists in my personal life and she is different, really great facility.
