I’ve gone through several therapist looking for the right match for me. I wanted someone who actually listened to me and engaged with me. I needed trauma center therapy (currently doing EMDR) and it is a game changer. Kelly has made me feel heard, cared for, and hopeful for my future. Office staff/front desk girl is highly unprofessional. My son was being seen here since February. For months, we have been told that insurance cover the co-pay, and then all of a sudden, last month, we were told that we were being back charged for months worth of co-pays. On top of that the therapist, my son was saying constantly canceled on us the day of appointments and we were made aware at the last minute, sometimes even on the way.
