We had the best experience with Creative Carpets! We had the pleasure of working with Luke, who was extremely knowledgeable and made choosing the right flooring so easy for us. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything went smoothly with the installation. The installation crew did a fantastic job, and we couldn’t be happier with our new flooring!
Luke and Josh provided amazing service for our house. Not only are we extremely happy with the products (carpet, LVP and vinyl) and how everything turned out, but they were also genuinely great people to work with throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and kind. What stood out the most was how much they truly cared about making sure we were happy at the end of the day. That level of customer care is hard to find.
