A super big shout out to John at Creative Carpets in Sioux City! My husband and I went in there looking for flooring, but not 100% sure of what we wanted. John helped us figure out what we wanted, came the next day to measure, and within four days the flooring was installed! Also shout out to Thone who installed all of the flooring in one day! Highly recommend the team at Creative Carpets in Sioux City!
The customer service at Creative Carpets is outstanding. The staff does go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their product as well as the install. If any issues came up, they were very receptive and fast to fix them. I have been very happy with the process and finished product. I would definitely recommend creative carpets and it's also a bonus to support a locally owned business here in Sioux City. Thank you for all your hard work on our house!!
