We have used this company before to purchase new carpet and they were great then. I now called for info about a repair and the lady I talked to was very rude. Wouldn't let me speak and when I actually did get a few words out, she just interrupted me.

Steve just finished cleaning our three sofas and multiple rugs and wall-to-wall carpeting. He was prompt, efficient, honest and extremely flexible when an unexpected delay came up. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will definitely use his services again.

Tim came out to our new home last Friday and did an incredible job! The previous owners had a cat and I am terrible allergic, so I needed an incredibly thorough cleaning to stop sneezing. Tim was on time to the appointment, was very polite and professional. He explained the process before starting, asked all kinds of questions to make sure he understood my concerns, used a black light to look for pet spots and cleaned the entire upstairs in less than a couple of hours. Allan did a great job. He was fast and friendly and did not charge us for services we asked for but did not need (dryer vent) and asked permission to clean the ottoman which I forgot to request to be cleaned. I especially like that the house doesn't smell like chemicals. Thanks!
