Disappointment is simply an understatement here. Jennette made me feel not so great about myself, whether it was intentional or not. Left the place publicly humiliated. Will never get help here again.
Jeanette is one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. She sends very rude emails, makes up excuses for why animals can’t be adopted over a certain distance away, and wastes her time sending worthless emails instead of actually caring for the cats in the shelter. I hope she sees this.
