not recomended he was very rude. I wouldn't trust him for anything. when I took my vw to him, I tryed to tell him what was going on with my car and he wouldnt give me the time of day to listen for a minute, I also tried to ask how long it would take to fix my car, he just said in a angry voice as if talking to me is a total inconvenience "I'll call you when its ready" I left my car with him and didn't have anywhere to go so I walked around an industrial area until he called. he gave me a wrong diagnosis and he didn't fix any... read more
Adele Bonge Jim, the owner of Creative Car Care has been our mechanic for over 10 years. He has always been honest and very competitive in his costs. He shop is high tech and is always filled with cars being worked on. I have been in emergencies several times with my car and Jim always has it fixed up and ready to go in a matter of a day or two. Awesome Work I went to shop and Jim diagnosed the problem in no time. He worked on the problem and had me on the road feeling safe. His service was superb!! He was kind and considerate. He gave me a written detailed account of the problem and the work he had done. His service was more than reasonable. The best I found in town. I would recommend him to anyone. Very honest man.
