We needed new built-ins for our master bedroom and Beth did an amazing job of understanding our requirements in order to work with us on a fabulous final result. Price was ridiculous, almost double what the second quote I got!
We previously had a great experience with Creative by Design, but this recent job has been nothing short of painful. The entire process was riddled with delays, poor communication, and an appalling lack of accountability — right from the owner down. We had to escalate issues multiple times just to get a basic response. They left a gaping hole in our wall after installing the new bar, then had the audacity to claim it was “out of scope” and still demanded full final payment.
