Frustrating lack of communication and extremely overpriced even for a simple estimate
The team at Creative by Design are a pleasure to deal with. They are very proffessional and their work is of such a high standard! If I ever need anything done again in the future I will definitely be contacting them again. I have also recommended them to my friends and family :)
Great team, very professional, Highly recommend.
First and foremost the customer service was amazing. From first contact with Loren through to the design and installation, the team went above and beyond to help design just what i needed to fit the space and make it feel like home. The quality of work is outstanding and the installer Andy is fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Creative by design if your after high quality work. I will definitely be in contact shortly for our next project.
Unfortunately my experience has been less than impressive. The prices were exorbitant to say the least.
