If I could leave negative stars I would. What commenced as a seemingly standard type of interaction for a kitchen and laundry turned into a farce. I was continually chasing them with promises to call not following through. The consultant veered between helpful and seemingly dismissive. I am now with a professional company that takes time frames provided seriously, and is not disengenuous. In my view the Creative by Design Admin staff were especially unhelpful with a "take it or leave it attitude".
