Arranged my day to help friends pick up a tub they had been in contact with the seller about. Were paying full price. Rent a truck..only to arrive to see someone else taking the tub! Now we've lost work time..money..truck rental. Absolutely horrible!
We had arranged to pick up a bathtub for purchase (display model). Spoke to Mitchell 15 minutes before pickup time was scheduled, let him know we were on our way with a rented truck, and might be a few minutes late. He responded saying “ok”. My husband got there 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time, only to find out they had sold the tub without even letting me know! What a terrible way to run a business!
They never respond when you have a problem have been trying for 2 years for a few things need to be fixed ,
We had a Very Poor experience with this company. They need to focus on customer service and delivering what they promise verses making excuses. Read the fine print in their contract - it states that 3 days after your order is placed they keep the money and you have not timeline for them to perform the work.
