Great customer service. No appointment needed. Comfortable chairs. Both the ladies who have shaped my brows are great at what they do. I have henna in chocolate brown $35
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a lash lift done specifically for an upcoming holiday, however the results were extremely poor, my lashes ended up looking completely straight, worse than before the appointment. I would not recommend this salon as my lashes have been left in very poor condition. I raised my concerns via email and provided photos, however the salon only responded when I mentioned I would be leaving a review after 3 emails I sent, they responded 15 days after my initial email. Best eyebrows I’ve ever had. They were uneven and thinning. My photos looks so much better. It was Amy that did my eyebrows and also an eyelash perm.
Bahar did an amazing job on my eyebrows – highly recommend her!
