very happy with the results of my lash lift, tint and eyebrow tint. Also appreciated the advice given which showed that they rate customer care very highly. Highly recommend.
Threading wise nice, but lack of consideration of others time. The customer is waiting for the service in line and the lady is busy chatting with her client friend. 7 mins of chatting before starting the service of that client friend and wasting more time in between too. Please if you do not want client do not ask them to wait. Just to waste their time. 17 mins still waiting. Wish they had another service at this spot. 24mins wait.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a lash lift done specifically for an upcoming holiday, however the results were extremely poor, my lashes ended up looking completely straight, worse than before the appointment. I would not recommend this salon as my lashes have been left in very poor condition. I raised my concerns via email and provided photos, however the salon only responded when I mentioned I would be leaving a review after 3 emails I sent, they responded 15 days after my initial email.
