My parents had them build a pergola a few years ago. When one of the boards started rotting out they wouldn’t even respond to my mom about coming out and giving her a quote to fix it.
Creative Boundaries may be the greatest thing ever, but we’ll never know since after Derek’s initial visit to view our proposed project on 5/14/24 — with the promise to send us a quote within a week — he has neither provided a quote nor responded to our numerous phone calls. It’s been one month and counting….
Extremely happy with the patio/outdoor kitchen remodel. Derek & his team did an amazing job! They transformed our backyard into a true outdoor living space. They were very responsive and professional. Very happy with their work.
We had Creative Boundaries add a large covered back porch, outdoor kitchen, and new 8' fence in our back yard. We couldn't be more pleased with the work! The covered porch looks like it was originally part of the house and the kitchen / fence work was of top notch quality. Any time we had an issue or concern, they immediately corrected to make sure it was exactly the way we wanted it. They definitely take pride in their work! Would highly recommend!
