The experience with them was great from going into the showroom and looking through their wide selection of blinds and having someone walk us through all of our options to fit our budget and design ideas. Then the home visit for measuring the window opening and going back through our selections to ensure we got what we wanted. Then the installation process was great and seamless. Would recommend checking out their store and services to anyone.
Creative Blinds had a 22’ long valence (cornice) made for us to replace an existing one and 8 new HD roller blinds made and installed to replace older first generation blinds. Everything was done very professionally and in a timely fashion. Lauren, the designer, Kristi in the office and both installers did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.
Lauren was my decorator and things started out great. She was very thorough during the consultation provided so many options and was very patient as we went back-and-forth on decision-making. She gave us time to make our decision and never pressured. Once we ordered, things fell off the rails. They sent a very detailed email explaining next steps. Amazing work! They came and measured on Friday and installed my blinds on Monday morning. The quality of the blinds is excellent and the service was amazing. Highly recommend.
I’d love to share a positive review for Creative Blinds in North Houston. We purchased a pre‑owned home, and one of the selling points was the beautiful window treatments selected with the help of Lauren, their Decorator. Since moving in, Kristi and Maggie have gone above and beyond to help me learn the blinds—even creating a custom video to walk me through everything.
