3.5 rating, no way! We just had our whole bathroom finished by George and we could not be happier. From our meeting with Chuck to picking out our choices it has been seamless. George, We cannot say enough, you are wonderful.
Creative bath systems justfinishedmy master bathroom and I was so impressed. They converted my tub to a shower, and replaced my vanity, all new flooring, fixtures, mirrors, and lighting.Half the price of a lot of other companies. Let me first say that Jason and George the installers were fantastic! They were very professional, respectful and really took pride in their work. As for Chuck Huff the sales representative I cannot say the same. During the time I was trying to pick out what I wanted from the catalog of Creative Bath I was told I could only order certain items which was not true. It’s been over a year since my bathroom was done by this company. Therefore the warranty was expired, there were a couple issues, and they still came out and fixed it, I am highly appreciative, and The employee that came was very personable, professional, and friendly. Thank you very much.
