These guys are the best! Even in the middle of a pandemic they made us feel like we were the most important customer and made sure we were completely satisfied. We had most of our backyard fencing and two gates replaced with vinyl. Not only did it come out beautiful, but it was installed in a timely manner and HOA approved. We liked Aaron and his dad so much, we are looking to use them again to re-do more of our backyard.
From the time I got my quote, I knew this was the company for me. I have a super uneven landscape with a slope at the back. It's a tricky job for anyone. They did a wonderful job with the vinyl fence - everything turned out so nice and even! I am extremely impressed with the courteousness and the quality of work from this father and son team. It has only been three years since my fence was installed. I have a fence post that has been moving causing the gate to sag and fence boards to separate. I have left numerous calls to Dale and Aaron as well as to there office. No call backs. I am extremely disappointed in this company because I was so convinced they would stand behind there work, I convinced my neighbors to use them as well. I have been contacted since my original post. My concerns have been addressed. Thanks to Alan.
Sales Rep Aaron promised we would be very happy with their work and they did a great job... very professional and left our yard as clean as possible each day. We love the enlarged patio, and the creative landscaping they installed too. But best of all is the privacy that we now have with the new fencing in the backyard. We are so glad we chose Creative Backyard Solutions and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Company that they can depend on.
I had a great experience with this Creative Backyards. My parents house was long overdue to have the side gates replaced. We have been struggling with the trash cans for some time now. Aaron came out and was helpful and informative on picking the right style. I was very pleased with the products, and the crew was very nice. I was amazed how smooth the installation process was.
