DO NOT BUY THE JUMPERS! I bought my baby one of their jumpers, first issue noticed, we got doubles of some of the toys instead of the actual toys it was supposed to come with; no big deal. Then, the screw things that hold the toy tray down to the jumper constantly come off. Again, annoying, but not a big deal.... THANK GOD THEY DO THOUGH BECAUSE my 3 yr old accidentally knocked the toy tray off & it was FULL OF BLACK MOLD!!!!! Don’t waist your money. My daughter could have died from choking. The parts on the creative baby jumper never stays attached. The creative baby company obviously doesn’t care about the health and well being of children.
very responsive about broken toy then once they received product back. NO contact afterwards about the replacement.!!. would not recommend
I have purchased the hungry caterpillar table and learning pen. The pen does not recognise the table images at all - this company has ignored my emails, messages to their website and only replied once in messenger to my request for customer assistance - this reply was unhelpful as asked did it have working batteries. Including delivery to the UK the item has cost me $129 and does not work. I would have rated the product 5 stars if it actually worked as the concept is fantastic. There are white people in Europe, North America, Australia and even Antarctica; brown people in South America; Asian people on Asia. Heck! There is even an Eskimo and Hawaiian in there regions, but no Black people in Africa!?! There is a white man in South Africa! WTF! Actually, there are No BLACK PEOPLE in this WORLD PERIOD! Creative Baby SHAME ON YOU! Africa is more than just monkeys and lions. Pun intended. I wish I noticed this before purchasing.
I was having a problem with the rear wheels peeling off for some odd reason. Contacted the company for replacement parts they were very friendly no hassle sent the wheels right away. When I got the new wheels in the mail for some reason they were peeling again they never had this happen to them before I think it might have to do with my tile floor.
