I had a really good experience with Creative Shelters. The shade structure equipment seems to be very solid and well made, and I'm happy with the quality. What really made the experience stand out was Celeste's customer service. We ran into a shipping issue with UPS that was completely out of Creative Shelters' control, and Celeste was responsive, kept me updated, and made sure I had a solution in time for my project. Top Quality Workers, Nice, Clean, Organized, return customer
I really wanted to like this company. I had set up an appointment for them to come to my house to look at my current awning that leaks. After 15 mins of waiting I called the company and the person who was supposed to come look at it and give me a quote was busy on a loading dock back at the facility. They asked me to text videos or pictures to the number. I did as requested and it said it couldn’t be delivered. Long wait -months 3-4. Little customer service calls. Install dates changed. Did not call in advance to advise the would be there on a Monday morning. Best to go in person to deal with staff and arrange installation dates. Nice enough staff. Clean yard area of business. Patio was of good quality. Installers need to put tarps down prior to installation. They left sharp aluminum spirals all over my backyard - they Cut my dogs paw. So, be cautious and patient- good quality but make sure they tarp before drilling.
Have purchased numerous pvc fittings over the years. The customer service and quality has always been outstanding.
