Excellent service. I came in to look at one of the most basic amp and turntable. Rather trying to upsell he told me it was an excellent choice. I left feeling good about my purchase. Jeff was also helpful in getting the system set up( a few semi frantic phone calls answered) Also ,he plays Santana in shop.

Being a hi-fi neophyte, Jeff was a great help throughout the entire process (which was done remotely as I live out of province). I couldn’t find many stores in Canada that carried the three specific brands I wanted for amp/speakers/sub, but came across Creative in a google search and saw they had all three. I am very pleased with Creative’s responsiveness and overall level of service.
