My first experience was 5 star, when I purchased a 3 foot quarter circle window. My last experience was a 1, I purchased 3, 36-inch double pane replacement panels. When I picked them up, they were taped, wrapped together, so I didn't check them individually. When I was installing them, the one in the middle was cracked. I notified them when I went back to talk about gutters. I had them give me a price for gutters with leaf guards. Creative Aluminum replaced a VERY large cracked glass in our custom window. They confirmed the appointment, arrived on time and when they were complete you can't tell any work was ever done - except the crack is gone - even after they removed all the custom stained wood around the glass. Superior job that exceeded our expectations.
