YOU SHOULD AVOID WORKING WITH THIS PERSON, because he is clearly not a professional and will potentially damage your property. He did my deck flooring with terrible quality wood that started to break DURING the installation process at several points. He also cut the wood very poorly with lots of gaps everywhere and denied to fix the issues. Stay away from this business. I was extremely unhappy with their service. A few of lumbers were clearly cracked after the installation and Braden told me he will come back and change them in a few days. Unfortunately I paid in full and now he is not answering my calls and texts. When they left, I noticed they damaged the soffits underneath my balcony, but of course they didn’t respond to my messages. The work completed is excellent. Rookie mistake,I paid in full. Braden never came back and is now ghosting me. I trusted him implicitly. I would respect honesty rather than the way he left me hanging thinking he would complete the job. KARMA!
