The owner of this shop is very educated on jewelry and all kinds of stones. He is kind, honest and has done extensive work on diamonds and gold. He is carefull and returns jewelry in a very prompt fashion. My daughter has also used his expertise. I would recommend him for any new jewelry or jewelry repairs you might have.
I went to this shop for a simple tiny clock battery. The one's at HEB were about $1.50, but I wasn't sure what size I needed. The owner of this shop immediately knew what size I needed, put the battery in and then wanted to charge me $9.25!! Now I understand a little bit of a markup for the thirty seconds of service, but over 600%? I told him that I no longer wanted the battery, so then he charged me $3 for his time (30 seconds). Wow!
