Terrible service, went in to have my partners brand new engagement ring resized. The head jeweller pretty much fobbed me off straight away then insulted me by telling my partner the opal was a triplet stone not a solid stone. Felt so embarrassed and cheap.

Wouldn’t help me workout my ring size unless I bought something. Would have taken them 30 seconds. Don’t they know how reputation and word of mouth works?
