Going to Tootsie was the best decision I've made in a while. You know when you go to a good hairstylist. She achieved the cut I wanted perfectly, educated me about my hair, and left my hair healthier than it was before I came. When I first went to MSU, a very important thing for me was finding a good salon to take care of my hair. Ms. Annette is very professional and seems to care about the actual health of hair. I was thoroughly impressed that she was able to do color, wash, condition, and blow dry my super thick and long hair in 2.5hr!! My hair felt very moisturized after my visit. She also gave great tips for caring for my hair after the visit.
