We recently ordered a bouquet from Mom & Me for a special occasion delivery in Kelowna. There was an initial problem with the order but Mom & Me immediately rectified the situation with a second delivery which met the requirement. This level of service was impressive. I’ve used this flower shop on numerous occasions and have always been impressed with both the quality of their arrangements and their excellent customer service. Most recently, I found myself in a bind and urgently needed fresh flowers for a project. Flowers wilted and had to be thrown out after 3 days. My sister in law ordered flowers for me for my moms celebration of life . The flowers were to arrive Friday May 30th for the event on Saturday the 31st. I recieved no phone call and apparently the flowers were delivered to the wrong address.
