I just wanted to share my wife's honest reaction. She was much more impressed by the small bouquets my sister and parents bought from Superstore for $15–25 than by the $85 bouquet. It wasn't really about the money or the flowers themselves — it was the feeling that the final bouquet looked very different from what we discussed and from the reference photo. My wife loves flowers, and unfortunately this bouquet left her disappointed rather than excited on a very special day.
Don’t want to be overly negative but was rather disappointed that a $170 centerpiece ordered for an anniversary was plopped in a glass jar (done that many-a-time myself at home) with no creative hiding of unattractive irregular length cut flower stems, visible through the glass, which is a no-no in sophisticated florist shops these days. Could have lined the vase with palm fronds to hide. The roses had rust tinged edges, bunched in too tight with other inexpensive filler flowers.
