I ordered over the phone an orchard type flower arrangement for my wife for Valentine’s. For the $$ I paid, I wasn’t too happy about what we ended up getting. Took it in once I got home and talked to the staff. They were so very understanding about the whole thing, they gave me a partial refund and 2 small flower arrangements in vases instead. Stopped in last minute to pick up an arrangement for a friend that was having us over for a dinner party. I was very happy with the attentive service I received. I was asked my budget and together we selected flowers that would work together to create a lovely bouquet. I was even provided with a small bucket of water for transport of the arrangement. My hostess appreciated the gift very much! Thank you for the fantastic service!!

Creations by Mom & Me is always my go-to place for any sort of celebration. Sarah & team are the absolute best to work with - I can ALWAYS count on them to come through for the most special occasions. Flowers are always fresh, delicately built, and beautiful! Would highly recommend them to anyone :)

Thank you so much for the gorgeous floral arrangements for our wedding! We were so happy with them. Our wedding theme was Monet inspired (his water lily paintings), so we wanted a soft pastel colour palette, grasses, bull rushes, and anything else that would make us feel like we were in a pond gardenscape. They not only understood the brief but tied everything together into something even more beautiful than I had envisioned. I would absolutely recommend this florist! Stunning work 🩷
