Been using this florist for many years and the service has gone downhill like you wouldn’t believe, missed and skipped orders, they’ve delivered the deliveries two or three days late consistently the flower show up not even resembling what the photos are super poor quality not using these people moving forward The whole idea of sending flowers to someone is a surprise and yet they call the people two days in advance and tell them that they’re gonna be delivering completely ruining the surprise. It’s actually a joke.

I ordered over the phone an orchard type flower arrangement for my wife for Valentine’s. For the $$ I paid, I wasn’t too happy about what we ended up getting. Took it in once I got home and talked to the staff. They were so very understanding about the whole thing, they gave me a partial refund and 2 small flower arrangements in vases instead. Stopped in last minute to pick up an arrangement for a friend that was having us over for a dinner party. I was very happy with the attentive service I received. I was asked my budget and together we selected flowers that would work together to create a lovely bouquet. I was even provided with a small bucket of water for transport of the arrangement. My hostess appreciated the gift very much! Thank you for the fantastic service!!
