😭😭😭I had bad layers and asked to fix them without cutting length and short lady with blond hair attended me.She was very friendly but did not fix my hair😔. She used shears which I did not request, saying it would be easy to flat iron my hair . My biggest mistake was not knowing what it was used for nor did she say they were "thinning" shears .. Ive been crying my eyes out since yesterday. My hair is by my collarbone now and feels like my old hair when I was one year old ..thin and can't even put it in a bun ..I'm heartbr... read more
