I had a unpleasant experience with creation homes. The sales agent is dishonest goes back on his word and also the project had alot of red flags. DYI. Ill never trust this firm again.
We had such a positive experience with Creation Homes! From the very beginning, the team was professional, transparent, and attentive to our needs. The whole building process was smooth and stress-free, with clear communication at every stage. Terrible experience with Creation Homes. We were told 50% of our defects were fixed - not a single one has been touched in over 6 weeks. Site left unsecured, trades from other jobs using our toilet, and zero updates. When we did receive an update, it was a complete lie from supervisors. We’re well past the completion date, have had 4 supervisors & each one has no idea what the job is up to! Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely neglectful. Avoid this rubbish company at all costs.
Avoid this construction company. They have been highly unreliable and arbitrarily increased prices. I purchased a house and land package from them, but the construction kept getting delayed. After the fixed-price period expired, they attempted to charge me additional costs. Very disappointing experience.
Stay away from this construction company; they're completely irresponsible and hike up prices at will. I bought a land and house package from this company, but they kept delaying the construction. Once the fixed-price period was over, they tried to force me to pay more. What a lousy company!
