Creation home is a truly reliable company. We waited until the land we purchased was approved before we settled the project. This helped us avoid the interest charges that would accrue after we settled the land. BDM Angel Liu was very responsible and provided comprehensive support from the moment we prepared to purchase the property. She has become a strong support for us.
I had a unpleasant experience with creation homes. The sales agent is dishonest goes back on his word and also the project had alot of red flags. DYI. Ill never trust this firm again.

Terrible experience with Creation Homes. We were told 50% of our defects were fixed - not a single one has been touched in over 6 weeks. Site left unsecured, trades from other jobs using our toilet, and zero updates. When we did receive an update, it was a complete lie from supervisors. We’re well past the completion date, have had 4 supervisors & each one has no idea what the job is up to! Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely neglectful. Avoid this rubbish company at all costs.
Avoid this construction company. They have been highly unreliable and arbitrarily increased prices. I purchased a house and land package from them, but the construction kept getting delayed. After the fixed-price period expired, they attempted to charge me additional costs. Very disappointing experience.
