While we love the area and the community, the experience we have had with Metro and Creation homes has been terrible. The marketing materials were deceiving, and the end product did not match what we were sold via the marketing brochures. It has been almost 2 years and while creation homes have agreed that the end product has defects, they haven’t fixed them. It was a great experience to build my home with Creation Homes. There was some small issues during the construction, but it was professionally and promptly amended. And the most importantly, it was built much quicker than I expected. Good works Dean!

Unfinished product. We love our home and are building a good community but Metro/Creation have left us with an unfinished or poorly finished project. Underwhelming landscaping both in the private backyards and common area, a common area that is not in line with the council-approved landscaping plans, 100's of plants not provided, irrigation systems not installed as promoted in the marketing brochures, and the list goes on. Have just moved into my new home built by Creation Homes. Overall, am pleased with the look and layout of the house, and the handover experience was smooth. There were a few minor things that need to be fix, will have to call in to warranty team and their team get it sorted. Thank you for the effort and communication throughout the build process.
