Unfinished product. We love our home and are building a good community but Metro/Creation have left us with an unfinished or poorly finished project. Underwhelming landscaping both in the private backyards and common area, a common area that is not in line with the council-approved landscaping plans, 100's of plants not provided, irrigation systems not installed as promoted in the marketing brochures, and the list goes on.
