My house was built by Creation Homes. I would run far away if you hear their name in any contract. So many shortcuts were taken and the workmanship... none at all. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all cost.
If I can stop one person from having to journey down the never ending rabbit hole of dealing with this company by leaving this review it will be worth it. I took possession of a new build townhouse from Creation in 2023 which, as many others have found, is riddled with defects and more concerningly work that is simply not up to code. Didn’t build with creation homes, but live in one. Had a plumbing issue and it was rectified by the warranty team promptly. Quite satisfied how it was coordinated and fixed. Big thanks to warranty team!
Initialy I faced significant communication issues and delays that persisted for a few years after the handover leading to considerable frustration. However, I would like to commend the positive impact that the new site manager, Mark, has made since he joined the team a few months ago.
