Exceptional! We purchased our own wood flooring from a separate source and asked Josh and his team to come do the install. Being referred by my realtor already positioned Josh at the forefront, but his quote was better than others received, and he was extremely easy to work with. He and his team were polite, professional, and completed the work on time and within the price quote--no surprises! Quality of work was top-notch. I highly recommend Creation Carpets!
When I decided to get new floors I was hesitant to do such an huge overhaul on my house with a baby on the way but Josh and the CC team were amazing! The process of choosing a floor was painless and easy and the install was so super fast that I was amazed that his team could do such a high quality job in so little time. I flooded my home and of course was so upset. I called Creation Carpets and got a bid. There bid was the best of the companies I had come out. They were very patience with me because I couldn't make decision on the wood color and all. Josh brought me many samples. Finally decided and the wood was delivered so it could sit in the house for a couple of days. The day of installation Josh came along with the installer. Creation carpets is great and vastly exceeded my expectations in every way! When my wife and I finally decided that it was time to get rid of the nasty carpet in our house we asked around and a mutual friend said that Josh at CC was the right man for the job. We shopped around and got some quotes for hardwood, and CC was the clear winner.
