It has been over 5 weeks and we still have not received the written estimate for our walkway. Even initiated a follow up and never received a response. I just don't understand why a business would not provide an estimate after a site visit. SMH

Mr. Miller, I apologize for any delay in response. This is the busiest season for mist landscaping companies and we have been busier than usual this season. We are working hard to process requests in the order received and we are all working as quickly and efficiently as we can. You will still be contacted again, it's all a process. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. This company plowed my PRIVATE driveway twice, even after being told not to. (They were only hired to plow a public road). They removed so much gravel we had to shovel it back on. Now I'm having to pay another Company to fix it this spring. Customer service is non existent- I was actually told, "oh I got your messages, I just didn't call you back." I understand you 'may' have made an honest mistake, but if that's the case you should make an effort to fix it!
Very pleased with the prompt and professional tree clearing after the storm this week.
