Creating Yourself Counseling is comprised of three professional, compassionate, and experienced therapists. The office feels inviting, comfortable, and safe. I've worked with Brie for over two years in this office. She's well versed in her modalities, hears what I'm saying during sessions, and brings a needed perspective into my life. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking therapy, especially for those with trauma related concerns.
Brie helped me save my life. May 2022, I was suffering from debilitating PTSD symptoms. I now am 6 month symptom free and in the best mental place of my life. I did EMDR sessions, talk sessions, and sand therapy. She gave me the tools to change my life. Cozy and nicely decorated office.
