The experience was exceptional. I have a phobia of dentistry and this business was a great fit for me. They are friendly, professional, talented, helpful and put you at ease as best they can. From the minute I opened the door, to the end of my procedures(2days), it was the most comfortable I've ever been at a dentist office. The outcome/work I had done was outstanding as well. Thanks to the whole staff !!!! I highly recommend "CREATING DENTAL EXCELLENCE" !!!
I'm giving this dentist office 100 stars! This has been my dentist for the past 10 years after moving back to the Hudson Valley after a short period and I am so glad that I picked them! All of the dentists I've had there over the years and the office staff (the wonderful ladies who help schedule appts, our accounts, etc.) have just been so very nice, respectful, professional and personable people. I first had the pleasure of meeting Dr Vinoi at a former practice and followed her to her current practice at Creating Dental Excellence. Dinene Manz the dental hygienist is wonderful! She does a great job, cleaning my teeth and teaching me all the things I need to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Highly recommend her!
