I don't really like going to the dentist, I don't think anybody does. It's one of those places that it's kind of hard to be all jazzed up and positive about, but if you have to go to the dentist, this is the one to visit. Tonight was my fourth visit, and every time it's been as pleasant as it can possibly be. They've taken two teeth out of my head, but I'm not mad at them. Always timely, everyone friendly, Dr. Vinoi included. Sometimes dentists or doctors use staff as 'friendly front' so they don't have to bother. Here it's genuine. They explain and honor requests. Am very phobic about and they offer all possible sedation. So, highly recommended.

While the dentist and staff we're friendly and did an adequate job cleaning my teeth, the billing practices of this office are horrendous. They stated my insurance would pay a certain amount and based on that amount.I decided to have an expensive procedure done. It turns out they were wrong. The actual cost was double the amount. They kept charging me, adding late fee and refusing to reduce the costEven though the mistake was their fault. Beware.

The best dentist and dental practice! As an extremely nervous patient, I was relieved and happy with the efforts made to make the experience a comfortable one. Dr. Stein, Dr. Vinoy, Becky, and all the staff are outstanding.
