Amazing place for massage. Mark is knowledgeable and helpful!
This month's massage was EVEN Better than usual!! I try to see Mark once a month, and he Always does a Wonderful job!! But yesterday, everything just felt better...ge was really in tune with what my body needed!
I am very thankful to have found Creating Change. I had a very painful rotator cuff tear, and Mark was truly a lifesaver in the earlier weeks of this injury and in my healing journey. He is extremely well versed in functional anatomy and the dynamics of body, mind, spirit in injury, and recovery. Currently, I am working on gaining strength and increasing muscle mass He is very patient and intentional and does not hurry the process. I would highly recommend Creative Change!

This month's massage was 8 years I have been seeing Mark!! He's absolutely amazing...I won't see anyone else!! I treated myself to 90 minutes and he was able to do everything I needed! I haven't felt this loose since I did my birthday massage with him last year!!
