Mark is Completely AMAZING!! I do A LOT with my body as a fitness professional, but Mark works out the issues! And he is very intuitive, and can find the spots where I need the most relief.
I always look forward to my sessions with Mark. He works with you as an individual to meet your needs at each session. His massages are wonderful. He also recommends exercises and stretches to keep your body moving.
