EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT!!! We have ordered 3 signs so far and each one has been great. Prompt communication, easy to navigate website, shipped quickly and we get lots of compliments on each one. We LOVE them and really like the fact that they are handmade right here in the USA.

Buyer Beware! NO customer service! Buyer beware! My husband ordered a customized, but very simple, Library Sign from Emmanuel at Create Your Wood Sign. My husband was very thorough with his order, and has a long thread of email exchanges between himself and Emmanuel. There was no lack of detail as to what my husband was requesting (a blue, distressed sign with my name on the front, and my birthdate on the back). We received and opened the sign this week - my birthday present! - and both of us were appalled at the appearance ... read more
