We went with Createscape for our homes landscaping after meeting with numerous companies. We felt that what we said, the owner Missy, listened. She took what we said, proposed a design with a quote (quick turn around) and put that design into action. It was nice to have some one specifically listen to what we did and didn't want. avoid for snow removal and landscaping – The owner missy isnt a great owner at all she seems like the kind of person who wants to just sit around and get paid for nothing its not the work that is bad its the planning..she is only after your money..she does our condos and for 1 snow storm she send her crews out 5 times and they get charged 5 times. instead of just waiting it out a little more and doing it 1 or maybe 2 times..

Createscapes customer-NO-service – Apparently Createscape is doing so well as a busniess they do not require new customers to bolster their organization! The customer-NO-service motto should be emblazened on their webpage. Missy, the owner of the company, talks a good talk, but fails to follow through on any of her promises. She came to my house on 4/9/07 to review a medium-sized job. Promised me a quote in 2 weeks. She left with a copy of my plans and that was the last I saw or heard from her again! Great design and high quality work – Createscape was recommended to us by friends in the neighborhood. They did a great job on our front porch, steps, walkway and front landscaping. The quality of the work was everything we expected and we are very happy with the project. Their work has prompted many positive comments by neighbors and others going by the house. We have contracted with them for more work and have found the owner and other people in the company to be great to work with.

HORRIBLE COMPANY – The woman that ownes company is the meanest person I have ever had the opportunity to work with. A 2 day job that is now been over a year to rectify. She blames everything and everyone else for the problems everytime you talk to her. We have a 3 page phone log and pictures that says this company should not be trusted with your home.
