The space was great and the owners are accomodating. Did some open gyms during a trip from Sydney. The facility is fantastic and has everything you need.
Jorge is an incredible coach who truly understands how to bring out the best in everyone. As a newbie to CrossFit, I was nervous about keeping up, but he has been amazing at scaling workouts to fit my abilities and gradually pushing me to improve. The community at CrossFit Southbank is super supportive and encouraging, giving me a sense of belonging. Thanks, Jorge! You're an awesome coach!
Outstanding gym. Did a couple open gym dropins while on travel in Melbourne. Facility is top notch; spacious, clean, all the equipment a gym rat could ever dream of. The owners were warm, welcoming and had a rad dog. One of the best gyms I’ve been to!
Owners were awful and very disrespectful to me. Memberships are very expensive and not worth it. Better places elsewhere.
