I LOVE this gym. There is sooo much equipment and in great condition. The owner really takes such great care of the gym. The owner is also really kind and extremely knowledgeable! The people here are also super friendly and encouraging.
Plenty of free weights, a platform and great machines to use. Nice and laid back atmosphere. All walks of life lifting and respecting each others routine and using the space with consideration of each other

Nice quite gym, very clean with a good range of free weights and machines!
It’s a quiet and well stocked gym. I can get my workouts done in a calm and positive environment. We signed up virtually and the owner even knew our names when he saw us for the first time.
