I’m so grateful to the entire team at CReATe West Fertility. Dr. Forman, all the nurses, ultrasound techs, lab staff, and front desk team were wonderful—kind, professional, and supportive through every step of my journey. Their compassion and expertise meant so much to me, and I’m deeply thankful for the care that helped me grow my family. Wishing hope and success to everyone on this path.
I’ve been going to Create West Fertility Clinic for 2 years, and it was not an easy journey — many shots and emotional ups and downs along the way. The doctor was often busy, so I didn’t see her as frequently as I wanted, but the nurses were always supportive and answered all my questions. I’m so grateful for their care, and I was able to deliver my baby a week ago! I’m already planning to come back for round two! Highly recommend this clinic!
We had a great experience with Create West and would highly recommend them for your fertility journey. The ultrasound technicians are very kind, the nurses are wonderful and were very patient with our questions and always followed up when they said they would. Dr Forman has been amazing to work with. Mixed reviews. Ultimately would recommend with awareness of cons. Pros: -Nurses and staff are wonderful: they’re patient, compassionate, caring, and empathetic. -If you’re able to get pregnant, you’ll get there in due time. -much better experience with ultrasounds and printing photos (even 3D!) than other places I’ve been throughout my pregnancy. Cons: -Doctors at Etobicoke and Toronto location are a hit and miss. You need to be strong and advocate for yourself. Don’t take no for an answer until you’ve asked all the question... read more
