I would like to start off by saying no one’s fertility journey is easy or the same as anyone else’s. That being said, Create was the third clinic we went to and the first to really treat us like more than just a patient number and it’s all because of the nurses and technicians who take such joy and pride in their work. We first visited this fertility clinic in the summer of 2025. At that time, we were asked to complete many tests, and we were told that after our appointment the doctor would review the results and recommend next steps. Unfortunately, more than six months passed, and the doctor never reviewed our test results. Our appointments were repeatedly postponed due to the doctor’s “busy schedule,” while the clinic continued suggesting additional tests in advance, without any analysis or discussion of our previous results.
