Dr Jess Wade is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. She made me feel very comfortable. The reception staff are really friendly too.
Very disappointed with Dr Mei and her reception team. Dr Mei advised me to start ovulation induction meds for my second cycle. I contacted the clinic via phone and emails asking to arrange a follow up ultrasound and blood tests for monitoring. The receptionist replied saying they will let me know once Dr Mei had advised. After waiting for almost 2 weeks with no follow up, I finally recieved an email telling me to wait until my next cycle to book an ultrasound and blood test. Shocking and unbelievable! 有一个很差劲的前台，我fail to 发email给specialist，我问她有没有其他的reception的email，她说没有这个是唯一一个。问题那个specialist 的邮件在网上并不显示，GP没有办法发，没办法我们只能自己去联系，去发邮件，邮箱又发不出去，又只能发这唯一一个邮箱。后来我没办法，我说的，只能再去找GP换specialist了。她又改口说可以上他们的网站发给info，打给另一个人，人家就知道如果我这边发不成功，她可以给我发邮件，这样我就会知道他们的邮件，直接回复就好了。然而，这个英语母语的前台并不知道这样简单的道理，她的优势除了语言就没了，好像没有解决问题的能力。还好我打给了第二个去解决这件事。我不知道这样的前台真的可以帮病人解决问题吗？
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and care from Haider Najjar's team. After surgery, I received instructions to take some meds and go for a subsequent blood test. The letter explicitly stated that I should call the "rooms" for results and next steps within 2-5 days.
