Very disappointed with Dr Mei and her reception team. Dr Mei advised me to start ovulation induction meds for my second cycle. I contacted the clinic via phone and emails asking to arrange a follow up ultrasound and blood tests for monitoring. The receptionist replied saying they will let me know once Dr Mei had advised. 有一个很差劲的前台，我fail to 发email给specialist，我问她有没有其他的reception的email，她说没有这个是唯一一个。问题那个specialist 的邮件在网上并不显示，GP没有办法发，没办法我们只能自己去联系，去发邮件，邮箱又发不出去，又只能发这唯一一个邮箱。后来我没办法，我说的，只能再去找GP换specialist了。她又改口说可以上他们的网站发给info，打给另一个人，人家就知道如果我这边发不成功，她可以给我发邮件，这样我就会知道他们的邮件，直接回复就好了。然而，这个英语母语的前台并不知道这样简单的道理，她的优势除了语言就没了，好像没有解决问题的能力。还好我打给了第二个去解决这件事。我不知道这样的前台真的可以帮病人解决问题吗？
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and care from Haider Najjar's team. After surgery, I received instructions to take some meds and go for a subsequent blood test. The letter explicitly stated that I should call the "rooms" for results and next steps within 2-5 days.
