I started at Create Fitness in Kent in March 2025 and absolutely love their workouts. I came in with a few previous injuries , and the coaches worked with me without hesitation-modifying movements, supporting my progress, and always making me feel capable. The coaches there are truly some of the best. They helped me achieve results I've never been able to reach before, and feel better than I ever have. If you're looking for supportive, motivating, and knowledgeable team, I highly recommend Create Fitness.
