We have been with the Create team since 2022, we had our first baby because of them, and are now pregnant with our second. Today was our last day as we move on to midwifery care, and I cried about it when we left. The care we have received here has always been above and beyond. Horrible place! A while ago my partner went in for a sperm sample and they made him feel so unwelcomed and uncomfortable! Especially the secretary, her tone was short and arrogant. This is already a delicate situation for those struggling to create a family, we definitely don’t need the extra problems with these individuals. I strongly recommend anyone to go elsewhere because this place is everything but helpful or supportive.
Worst customer service ever. Do not go to this place. I went in and during the first interaction with the receptionist she was completely rude to me, I felt completely mistreated by her, the way she talked to me and her tone of voice and she was bossing me about hanging up my phone.I did complain to the manager who completely invalidate my experience and did not provide any validation the bad moment I was experiencing with the receptionist. The female receptionist at the clinic, who has purple hair and is middle-aged, is completely different with non-Canadians. She doesn’t even respond properly, while with Canadian clients she is friendly and smiles at them.
Highly Not Recommended Horrible communication between the secretary and clients. I must have my uterus removed due to uterus cancer, they said, so I needed to know if I had a hormone therapy program put in place. Not only am I not given a straight answer but was told I am to only see the specialist now and Dr.Chan hasn't even been given updates.
