Highly Not Recommended Horrible communication between the secretary and clients I must have my uterus removed, so I needed to know if I had a hormone therapy program put in place Apparently, they didn't know looking at my account, and I had an issue when asking if the appointment I had coming up was related to the information I was already given. This is an amazing clinic that really cares for you and your health. Dr. McNaught is incredible. He is always very calm, comforting, personable and extremely knowledgeable. As far as wait times go, they have never been bad for me. Some days we walk right into an appointment, on average I would say maybe 5-10 min wait, and the longest was maybe close to 40-50 mins that only happened once. I have a child because of this clinic but I am far from impressed. There have clearly been some changes made over the years. The Toronto clinic defrosted my Embyro, while I was in the hospital for a seizure. I tried every way possible to get in touch with them to tell them I couldn’t make the transfer.. turns out they didn’t even have my proper # on file. It was refrozen - ended as a failed transfer.
