Let me tell ya, hands down some of the best customer service in all of Memphis!! I’ve been to the Midtown, Poplar, and Cordova locations and every single time I’m greeted and helped with all of my questions and concerns. I’m still a noob at everything vape-related, but not one time have I ever felt unwelcomed or i didn’t belong in there. Highly recommend!!
best vape shop in town
People who work at any one of the stores actually care and give advice and not a lame sales pitch. They are there to advise, train, educate and sell what you need without upselling crap. 1 year today I haven't smoked a single cigarette or cigar directly due to their advice. I'm saving 50 bucks a day on cigarettes. Other vape shops pale in comparison to create a cig. Don't even bother going to other stores, unless you want to waist your time and leave confused and broke.
Outstanding customer service, they go above and beyond what anyone can hope for in today's business world to make sure the customer is taken care of. Special thanks to Steven Bryant at the Poplar location for going so far out of his way to resolve the issue I had with a recently purchased mod.
good place to go in a pinch when you're waiting for juice/supplies to come in from online. Really expensive to be the primary source of juice or supplies though
