Very helpful, very friendly, especially for a person that didn't know much about e-cig's they broke everything down for me, and showed me how to use it, and they let you try flavors to fit you best. Have already been back to buy new products and will most likely return to buy more! Great place for people just starting out or for people that have been vaping for a while.
