Taylor was so helpful at the Covington location! I wish she worked in that location more! She truly cared about helping me & making sure I had the right product verses the others in that location just trying to make a sell & quickly get you out & make another sell! Good customer service, knowledgeable employees, biggest and best variety when it come to anything and everything vaping. Wonderful management, with a great atmosphere. Very clean store and esthetically pleasing and nice people. I would shop anywhere else for vaping needs.
This is my go to for all my vape needs, great prices and great atmosphere. Their customer service always goes above and beyond, Lumena is my most favorite employee!! She is always so helpful and ridiculously funny, she is able to answer any questions I may have and often recommends products to me that I am always happy with. Go check em out!!
Every time that I go to create a cig I am welcomed by friendly people and They always inform me about different products in how things work and what not, just so I get the best thing for me. I couldn’t even get the bottle of juice i asked for. Asked for Very Berry by Naked and walked out under the assumption that the staff were competent enough to give me the juice i asked for, but i guess not because i was given Azul Berries. Maybe spend less money on the mobile advertising and spend more on employees with brain cells? Not to mention the amount you overcharge versus competitive shops..
