They were nice to me and replaced my whole roof and did what seemed like an okay job at first and a few years later when I found that they had used the wrong screws on a flashing in one area. I contacted them to see if they could come out to fix it. They agreed to fix it then ghosted me. They don't honor their warranty so buyer beware.
