Negative Zero stars. Highly not recommended! Run while you can! By far the worst experience with a law firm as buyers. This firm was recommended to us by our realtor (who is amazing) so we are disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism of this firm. The paralegal, Meghan, NEVER answers calls or emails. Every single part of our buying experience came from our realtor. Bill is a great attorney and a great resource. Bill is really good about making complicated concepts sound simple. His team is friendly and knowledgable and it is a pleasure working them. I very highly recommend !!

We had the following negative experience with this law firm. We used them as a seller for a house closing. 1. Received no call when the closing was complete. We found out from our former neighbors who told us there were people at the house. 2. They did not release proceeds from the sale of the house for three days after closing. A deed search needed to be complete, which could have been done prior to closing, plus, they waited until the deed was recorded. NY is a 'wet' state and we should have received funds at closing. Left numerous phone messages. Never returns a call. After many calls someone actually answered. I asked for my Abstract of Title from a previous transaction with Bill and a very condescending woman treated me like I was asking for the Worlds Biggest Favor. Basically she told me to go F myself. Zero help. Avoid them if you don’t want to be treated that way
