We bought our house in Rochester while living in Texas - Will and his office staff were extremely patient, kind, and understanding about everything. They walked us through anything we were unfamiliar with and helped us understand all the ins and outs of the process. Negative Zero stars. Highly not recommended! Run while you can! By far the worst experience with a law firm as buyers. This firm was recommended to us by our realtor (who is amazing) so we are disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism of this firm. The paralegal, Meghan, NEVER answers calls or emails. Every single part of our buying experience came from our realtor.
