I have had a great experience with Andrew Creary and Creary Law Group on a purchase of a rental property followed by advice and drafting of a lease agreement. I needed a quick turnaround on the lease and Andrew was able to answer all my questions and get me a quality lease document within 24 hours. I could have used an online lease document but having Andrew’s experience and advice gave me comfort that my lease contract will protect me well if any issues arise down the road.
Fabulous experience closing on our new home yesterday with Colleen Caufield and Will Creary...Not our first closing, we have had several before this one...but, this one was exceptional. Instead of just sliding the paper in front of you to sign, they took the time to explain virtually everything before we signed a single paper. Terrible Place, Slow services, they speak diffrent once you pay money. One person hand over to another and no continuity. I asked for simple lease agreement and they took ages
