Totalled my vehicle when towed. Took them to court and got a judgement of $9500. And they still have not paid me.. claims to not have money. NOW THE NEW OWNER IS APPEALING THE ORDER AFTER I TOOK HOM TO COURT. it's happened in June, and now it's November and "lajuan payne" the new owner won't even pay for his negligence.. lied to me about his insurance carrier. HE TOWED MY RV AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP IT WAS TOTALLED. POS person and company...
