Susan and her team were fantastic. They helped me with servicing on my Massey Ferguson GC 1723. I was impressed with her understanding of timeliness and how she created a way for things to happen. So often I have worked with people that can't look outside the problem to find an answer. She did a great job. It's like she's in the customer service business and they happen to sell and service tractors. Highly recommend.

Took lawn mower to be fixed, was told it would be two weeks before he could get to it, not a problem, 2.5 months and several phone calls and one in person visit later, I finally just told them I was coming to pick it up and please have it ready. Picked up lawn mower, still leaking fluid, have to rig to start, and missing mower guard. Unless you want to be lied to and dragged along, with lies and inability to repair anything, I would not use.
