Brilliant, was nervous seeking the right care for my 93 year old nan as never required care before and grandad very sceptical on carers coming to their home, definitely made the right choice the staff have been amazing always arriving on time, always going above and beyond, making great repores with both my nan and Grandad who cannot speak more highly of them. Excellent caring staff who go above and beyond. Looked after my 91 year old mum until she went into full time care. I would give cream 10/10 for all of their staff and help. Highly recommend Cream to look after you relatives or friends.
When my mum needed support within her home, I knew I had to pick the best for her. I did my home work to make sure they suited Mums needs as well as having caring, trusting holistic approach. We as a family are absolutely delighted with the care Mum has been/is given. They go above and beyond to support Mum and her family too. Louise the Manager is very approachable and understanding. I cannot recommend Cream Homecare enough.
Mum needed home care when she was discharged from hospital. We decided to use: Cream Home Care. We have been very happy with the care they provided. The carers had problem with traffic due to road works in the area, however they always phoned to advise of any delay and always arrived. They were friendly and polite. If time was available during the visit, they would sit and talk with mum for a while. Never rushing away to the next visit. Mum no longer needs care. I used Cream Home Care’s services for just over a week to help care for my frail elderly dad while I was away on holiday. I am happy to recommend and I will certainly use their services again. As soon as I spoke to them on the phone I was pretty certain it was the agency for me and this was confirmed when I met two members of staff for the initial assessment at my dads’s.
