I have been a loyal customer for years, and I truly believe the products are phenomenal. I often recommend them to others! However, I’ve encountered significant issues with customer service that need to be addressed. It took over a month for me to receive a response regarding an update on my order, which is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly reach out or file a dispute just to get a shipping label created. This is one of the best places to come get your soaps. The owner was so professional and knowledgeable of exactly what I was looking for. The variety is great and I highly recommend this place for your next shopping experience. Its sorta in the cut so make sure you go to photos, then latest, to match pictures with location and I guarantee it will be well worth it.
