The customer service is terrible ! I reached out about not receiving an item and had the associate go back and forth with me instead of offering a way to fix the issue. The soap that I had been purchasing for year was always lightly scented but it came with such a strong scent that I didn’t feel comfortable using it on my son. I will Never! Ever! order from them again! I made an online order almost a month ago and sent them three emails regarding it, but received no product and no answer. Never again!
I reached out 3 times since December 9th all with no response. Now my order is saying delivered and I still do not have it.
I have been a loyal customer for years, and I truly believe the products are phenomenal. I often recommend them to others! However, I’ve encountered significant issues with customer service that need to be addressed. It took over a month for me to receive a response regarding an update on my order, which is unacceptable.
